普拉提是一種集合瑜伽、舞蹈、體操的身體訓練。普拉提結合了東方運動的心靈練習和西方運動的肌肉體能訓練。透過舞蹈和各式動作,以強化身體核心肌群及加強肌肉耐力,從而達至修身目的。

Body Weight Circuit

Circuit training workout includes about 8-10 exercise stations. After completing a station, instead of resting, you move quickly to the next station. A muscular strength and endurance circuit alternates muscle groups. circuit training is a great way to challenge your body in a variety of ways while boosting the fun factor.

Bootcamp
